PRESIDENT:
Kelli Cadwell is Co-Founder / Vice President
of Simply Staffing. Opened in January 2003 in Menomonie, WI
she is pleased to say that a mere one year later they opened
their second branch in Lake Elmo, MN. As a graduate from St.
Croix Central in Hammond, WI, she has chosen to remain a resident
of St. Croix County for close to 30 years and alongside her
husband Brian, they believe in raising their daughter Karli
in the community that means a great deal to them.
Kelli is a Member of the Chippewa Valley SHRM; WITC Advisory
Committee Member (New Richmond Campus) and various Chambers’
of Commerce along with being an Ambassador for the Woodbury
Chamber of Commerce.

PRESIDENT: Joanne Jackson is the Administrator
of Human Resources & Community Relations for Amery Regional
Medical Center(ARMC). Fifteen years in the financial industry
lead to a mid-life career change to acquire her dream position
at ARMC. Preparation for the career change involved earning
a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Leadership
from Northwester College. Oversight of strategic HR, compensation
& benefits, performance evaluations, personnel development,
recruiting & retention, as well as the marketing and branding
efforts for the medical center create a challenging and interesting
environment day after day.
Joanne lives in Amery with her husband Bob (BJ) and their
3 miniature Dachshunds - Bo, Luke and Daisy.

PRESIDENT: Tom Revnew is a shareholder with
Seaton, Beck & Peters located in Edina, MN. where he represents
and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment
law. He is admitted to practice law in both Minnesota and
Wisconsin. Tom received his undergraduate degree in business
administration with honors from the University of Michigan-Ann
Arbor and is a graduate of Marquette University Law School.
He lives in Woodbury, MN, with his wife Liz and their 3 year-old
son and 10-month-old daughter. Tom served two terms as SCVEA
President.

Sandy
Olson is
the Human Resources Coordinator for Sons Tool, Inc. in Woodville,
Wisconsin, and has been for seven years. Sandy earned her
degree in Human Resources Management from Metropolitan State
University and has enjoyed a well-rounded career as a Career
Center Coordinator for Simley High School, Vocational Counselor
for Dakota County Employment, Director of Placement for Even
Start, and a Vocational Counselor at University of Wisconsin
– Stout prior to her current employment. She is a member
of SCVEA, SHRM, and the New Richmond and Baldwin / Woodville’s
Human Resource User Groups, and spends as much time as possible
with her grandchildren and enjoys researching her genealogy
and traveling (especially to Norway).

Katie Cole
joined J.A. Counter & Associates, Inc. in November 2004.
She is licensed in the areas of life and health insurance.
As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Stout,
Katie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
She is active in the sale of products, focusing on assisting
clients with their company’s employee benefit programs.
Katie was married in October of 2004 and in her free time
enjoys spending time with her family, golfing and traveling.

is the Human Resources Generalist at DiaSorin Inc. in Stillwater,
MN. Christy received her BS in Business Administration from
the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and she is also PHR
certified. Christy lives with her husband, Aaron and daughter
Jocelyn on a dairy
farm in Deer Park, WI. Along with dairy cattle, they also
raise and show Clydesdale horses.

WI. and has been for over 10 years. As a graduate of the University
of Wisconsin - River falls, Christy has a Bachelor of Science
degree in Social Work. She is also PHR certified through Society
of Human Resource Management. Christy is a member of SCVEA,
SHRM, New Richmond; Baldwin/Woodville, & Hudson HR Users
Groups, she is also an Advisory committee member for WITC.
Christy lives in Hudson with her husband Jay, 7 year old daughter
and 4 year old son. She enjoys spending time with her family
and skiing.

Kristin
Samp is
the Conference Center Coordinator for WITC on the New Richmond
Campus. For more than 10 years she has had the privilege of
serving customers at their facility for training, seminar
and enrichment events. She has also had the opportunity to
dabble in teaching continuing education and credit courses.
Prior to WITC, she was the Sales & Catering Manager in
Madison at the Radisson Inn. Kristin has a bachelor’s
degree in Hospitality & Tourism and is currently a student
in the Career & Technical Education Masters program, both
from UW-Stout. Kristin, her husband, and their two sons live
Glenwood City. For fun, she enjoys running and scrap booking
their family milestones and excursions.

Kathleen
Sundquist has been employed by UFE Incorporated
for the past 29 years. For the last 17 she has been their
Human Resources Director. Kathy has a degree in Organizational
Behavior/Communications/Business Administration from Concordia
College. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human
Resources through the Society of Human Resources Management.
Kathy was one of the founders of SCVEA and is a past President.
She and her husband Tom live in Hudson, Wisconsin.
